Playback & Review
Watch meeting recordings with an integrated video player and review extracted tasks, transcripts, and summaries side-by-side.
Opening a Meeting
Click on any completed meeting from the Meetings list or the Dashboard to open the detail view. Meetings that are still processing will show a status indicator instead of the full detail view.
Video Player
The built-in video player supports the following controls:
| Control | Action |
|---|---|
| Play / Pause | Toggle playback. Also triggered by clicking the video area. |
| Skip ±10s | Jump forward or backward by 10 seconds. |
| Progress Bar | Click anywhere on the progress bar to seek to that point in the recording. |
| Volume | Adjust or mute the audio output. |
| Fullscreen | Enter fullscreen mode for focused viewing. |
| Time Display | Shows current position and total duration (e.g., 12:34 / 45:00). |
Content Tabs
Below the video player, three tabs organize the extracted content:
Tasks Tab
Lists all action items extracted from this meeting. Each task card shows:
- Task title and description
- Priority badge (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
- Status badge (Pending, Active, Done)
- Assigned owner
- AI confidence score
Click a task to navigate to its detail page where you can edit it, add dependencies, or change the status.
Transcript Tab
Displays the full meeting transcript with speaker labels and timestamps. Each speaker segment is color-coded for easy scanning.
Summary Tab
A concise AI-generated summary highlighting key points discussed, major decisions made, and any risks or blockers identified during the meeting.
Sidebar Details
A sidebar panel on the right displays metadata about the meeting:
- Duration — Total length of the recording.
- Tasks Extracted — Number of action items found.
- Key Insights — Count of notable insights.
- Decisions — Number of decisions captured.

Evidence Spans
On the Task Detail page, extracted tasks include evidence spans — exact excerpts from the transcript that the AI used to identify the action item. This lets you verify context and confirm accuracy.
