Uploading Meetings

Learn how to upload meeting recordings, assign them to teams, and handle multi-team meetings.

Supported Formats

ScenIQ accepts the following video file formats:

.mp4.mov.avi.mkv.webm.flv.wmv.3gp.m4v.mpeg.mpg

There is no hard file-size limit, though larger files will take proportionally longer to upload and process.

Upload Flow

1

Open the Meetings page

Navigate to Meetings in the sidebar, then click the "Upload Meeting" button in the top-right corner.

2

Select a file

Drag and drop a recording onto the upload area, or click "Browse" to pick a file from your computer. The file name will auto-populate as the meeting title, which you can change.

3

Choose a primary team

Every meeting belongs to one primary team. Select it from the "Team" dropdown. Only teams you are a member of are shown.

4

Optional: Add stakeholder teams

For cross-functional meetings, toggle "Multi-team meeting". A second dropdown appears where you can select additional teams that participated in or are affected by the meeting.

Stakeholder teams will see the meeting and its tasks in their own dashboards.

5

Upload

Click "Upload". A progress bar tracks the upload. Once complete, the status changes to "Queuing for analysis…" and the meeting appears in your list.

Auto-refresh

The meetings list refreshes automatically every 5 seconds while any meeting is still processing, so you don't need to manually reload.

Meeting Statuses

Managing Uploaded Meetings

The meetings list provides several tools:

  • Search — Filter meetings by name using the search bar.
  • Status filter — Filter by Failed, Processing, or Completed.
  • Time grouping — Meetings are automatically grouped into Today, Yesterday, and older periods.
  • Delete — Remove a meeting and all associated data.

Deleting meetings

Deleting a meeting also removes all tasks that were extracted from it. This action cannot be undone.
